Albert McMullin, Director

Mr. McMullin has over 30 years’ experience in oil and gas exploration and providing capital financing for small and micro-cap companies. Mr. McMullin is currently Vice President of All American Oil and Gas Company, an oil and gas exploration and production company. Mr. McMullin was formerly President of Standard Investment Company. Standard provided investment banking services for micro-cap and small cap public and private energy, technology and real estate companies. The company has managed PIPE offerings for Blue Dolphin Pipeline Company, PETI Oil Field services, and Gateway Pipeline, along with initiation of private capital placements for numerous other producers and services companies, totaling in the tens of millions of dollars.

Roger May, Director

Mr. May has over 25 years’ experience in the financial industry. Starting at a Dallas based broker dealer Rauscher Pierce in 1980, he co-founded Schneider Securities in 1985 which grew to over 400 brokers. Mr. May is experienced in private placements, IPO’s, and syndication structure pricing and placement. Mr. May has extensive experience in all phases of capital formation and distribution.

Duane Bacon, Chief Operating Officer-Director

Mr. Bacon has been the President of Energy Oil and Gas for over 30 years. Mr. Bacon is responsible for the first commercial discovery of the Codell formation in the DJ Basin. He has drilled or caused to be drilled hundreds of oil and gas wells in the DJ Basin and has been a successful oil and gas operator in this basin since 1980. Prior to the sale of substantially all of Energy Oil and Gas, Inc.’s assets, Mr. Bacon was the operator of an oil and gas field in the DJ Basin and the Garcia field in Trinidad Colorado in addition to actively leasing Niobrara acreage in the DJ Basin.

Jubal Terry, VP Exploration

As a second generation geologist, Mr. Terry grew up in the oil and gas industry.  He is a skilled unconventional and conventional oil and gas prospect generator with wide-ranging experience throughout the Rocky Mountain basins, Appalachian basin, Forest City and Cherokee basin and the Illinois basin.  He has extensive knowledge of stratigraphic concepts in fossil fuel exploration, clastic and carbonate systems, structural geology, economic evaluation, regional studies, and play and prospect evaluation and development.  He also has extensive experience in well site management, including well site geology, drilling, completions and production. He is an active member of the Rocky Mountain Association of Geologists. He also worked for Entek GRB,LLC as their exploration managerfrom 2010 to February 2014 with their main interests being theNiobrara potential of the Green River Basin.
